Highly Accurate, Fast One Second Readings
Dual lasers provide easy aiming and targeting and target the area down for high accuracy. It has a distance to spot size ratio of 16:1 which allows greater distance between you and your target reducing possible safety issues with cross-contamination and condensation build-up on the lens [from steam trays or walk-ins] reducing accuracy errors.and a temperature range of -40o to 536o F (-40o to 280o C). It has a pre-set emissivity for accuracy in food safety applications. The thermometer uses a 1 x 9 Volt battery and provides 14 hours of continuous use. It’s perfect to use when critical surface temperatures are needed for equipment [ex. grills, ovens, pizza ovens, coolers, freezers, stovetop ranges, and hot coals-grills], food manufacturing [ex. hot oils, soups, chocolate, candy, and more], and holding areas [ex. buffets, deli counters, fish, meats, bakery, chilled beverages, beer, and wine].
